Research Interests

  • I am studying microRNA and mRNA expression patterns in translocation-associated cancers such as Ewing-like sarcoma, alveolar rhabdomyosarcoma and mantle cell lymphoma

Why did you choose UT PharmTox?

  • I worked for my current PI for two years prior to joining the program. I find the research that we do to be personally fulfilling and I enjoy collaborating with the other people in my lab

What do you enjoy outside of school?

  • Outside of the lab, I enjoy hiking, cycling, baking and exploring all of the amazing coffee shops around Austin
