Co-Funded Clinical Assistant or Associate Professor Position in Internal Medicine 25-26

Division of Pharmacy Practice

The Division of Pharmacy Practice is seeking a distinguished applicant to fill one professional-track (non-tenure), clinical faculty position at the rank of assistant or associate (depending on qualifications) for a full-time Internal Medicine faculty position. This position is in Austin, Texas and will be co-funded (50/50) with Ascension Seton Medical Center Austin (ASMCA) and The College of Pharmacy at The University of Texas at Austin with a practice site at ASMCA.

Candidates must have an earned Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an ACPE accredited school of pharmacy, be licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of Texas, have successfully completed a specialty practice residency in Internal Medicine, Pharmacotherapy, or equivalent, and be able to demonstrate effective teaching.

Regional Experiential Faculty Position for DFW Region

Experiential Education

The college is seeking distinguished applicants to fill the open Experiential Education Regional Faculty position for the Dallas Fort Worth Region. The time commitment is an average of 4 hours per week. Regional Faculty report to the Region Director and Assistant Dean for Experiential Education.

Candidates must have an earned Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an ACPE accredited school of pharmacy, be licensed to practice pharmacy in the State of Texas, and have at least three years of pharmacy practice experience and effective communication skills.

Academic Program Coordinator (located in San Antonio, TX)

Pharmacotherapy & Translational Sciences (PTSCI) Division

The Academic Program Coordinator in the PTSCI Division of the College of Pharmacy reports directly to the Division Heads to provide complex academic program and administrative support for Pharm.D. students, graduate students, and residents. Administrative support for the Regional Internship Program in San Antonio, under the direction of the Regional Internship Program Director. This position supports the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio and the Pharmacotherapy Education and Research Center (PERC), both of which are located in San Antonio, Texas.
