Fall 2026 Co-Funded Clinical Assistant/Associate Professor in Pediatrics
Division of Pharmacy Practice
The Division of Pharmacy Practice is seeking a distinguished applicant to fill one professional-track (non-tenure), clinical faculty position at the rank of assistant or associate professor (depending on qualifications) for a full-time Pediatrics faculty position. This position is located in Austin and will be co-funded (50/50) with Dell Children’s Medical Center (DCMC) and the College of Pharmacy at The University of Texas at Austin, with a practice site at DCMC.
Candidates must have an earned Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an ACPE-accredited school of pharmacy; be licensed or be eligible for licensure in the State of Texas; have successfully completed a Pediatric PGY-1 and PGY-2 specialty practice residency (preferred) or equivalent experience by the start date (by August 1, 2026); and be able to demonstrate effective teaching.

Division Administrative Manager (PTSCI Division, located in San Antonio)
Pharmacotherapy and Translational Sciences (PTSCI) Division
The Administrative Manager reports to the Director of Faculty Support and Administrative Services and the Division Heads for the Division of Pharmacotherapy & Translational Sciences. This role provides comprehensive leadership and oversight for administrative, financial, academic program, and operational functions supporting a multi-mission academic division operating across The University of Texas at Austin and UT Health San Antonio.
This role oversees personnel, budgets, academic program coordination, facilities and space operations, faculty and learner administration, and cross-campus compliance. The Administrative Manager serves as the primary administrative advisor to Division Head(s) and works closely with the College of Pharmacy Dean’s Office, central administrative units, and external partners to ensure efficient, compliant, and high-quality support for faculty, staff, students, residents, and trainees.

Administrative Program Coordinator (Business Office)
Business Office
The Administrative Program Coordinator in the Business Office of the College of Pharmacy works as part of a team to provide comprehensive administrative and financial support and oversight for the college, to include training administrative staff on proper procedures and updates.
Responsibilities include financial operations support; procurement card compliance; training, backup support, and special projects; administrative support and collaboration; and other duties as assigned.
