Experiential Education

Pharmacy Experiential Education is a required component of the professional doctorate of pharmacy (Pharm.D.) curriculum. Regional Directors and Coordinators in the College of Pharmacy are Adjunct Assistant Professors of Pharmacy Practice in part-time, non-benefits eligible positions. Internship regions are:

  • Austin / Temple / Waco
  • Dallas / Fort Worth
  • Galveston / Houston
  • Rio Grande Valley
  • San Antonio

The Regional Directors supervise the local team of Regional Coordinators to develop and manage the internship components of experiential requirements.
