Second-year student pharmacists from the College of Pharmacy toured the Blanton Museum of Art in their Nonprescription Pharmacotherapeutics and Self-Care II Lab as part of its Art and Self-Care lesson. The activity focused on mindfulness and how self-care benefits pharmacists and their patients.
Blanton tour guides accompanied the P2s along with Associate Dean for Academic Affairs Renee’ Acosta, R.Ph., M.S. to inform the students about works of modern and contemporary art, and participate in learning activities associated with the works.
