Advisory Council
Donna Montemayor earned her Bachelor of Pharmacy with Honors from The University of Texas in 1988. She currently serves as Vice President of Pharmacy Professional Services, Technology, Marketing & New Business for H-E-B Pharmacy. She is a long-tenured H-E-B Partner, having worked in store roles before moving to the corporate office. She also serves as a faculty practitioner with The University of Texas College of Pharmacy and as a preceptor for several other Texas pharmacy schools.
Donna serves on the Texas State Board of Pharmacy and is active in numerous professional organizations, including the Texas Pharmacy Association, Texas Pharmacy Foundation, American Pharmacists Association, National Association of Chain Drug Stores and UT College of Pharmacy Dean's Advisory Council and alumni organization. She is the recipient of a UT Preceptor Excellence Award and the Sheffield Outstanding Alumnus Award.
Donna serves as Chair of the Providence Catholic School Board and is active in her parish. She and her husband Adolfo have one daughter, Cathryn, also a Longhorn graduate, who teaches preschool in Austin.
