Eric Ho is Partner at Aldbrook, a DFW-based multi-family office investment firm focused on early-stage healthcare and technology opportunities. At Aldbrook, Eric leads sourcing and diligence with a track record of successful exits in medical device, enterprise software and aerospace startups.
Previously, Eric was Chief Strategy Officer at Paragon Healthcare, a private equity-sponsored national provider of home, ambulatory and specialty infusion services acquired by Elevance Health, the parent company of Anthem Blue Cross, in 2024. During his tenure at Paragon, Eric was responsible for enterprise strategy, payor and manufacturer relations, corporate development and various core business operations including the Paragon home and specialty pharmacies.
Eric has held a variety of roles in clinical research, government affairs and physician practice management predominantly focused on the pharmaceutical supply chain in multi-site healthcare settings. Eric lives with his wife in Frisco, Texas, and holds a Doctor of Pharmacy from The University of Texas at Austin.
