Senior Research Program Coordinator, Pharmacy Addictions Research & Medicine Program

Mona Keshavarzi brings a multidisciplinary foundation in business administration and science and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at Texas Tech University, where she is expanding her expertise in policy, political theory, and analytical thinking.

She has built her career in business operations across Austin-based organizations, leading initiatives that streamline processes and support sustainable growth. In a previous role, she tripled revenue by cultivating strategic partnerships, optimizing operations, and implementing targeted marketing strategies. Her experience includes partnerships with major brands such as Apple, Whole Foods, and MTV, as well as managing high-profile projects and events for Willie Nelson, Governor Greg Abbott, and Senator Cory Booker.

Within the PhARM Program, Mona supports the Texas Targeted Opioid Response (TTOR) grant by managing financials and deliverables, coordinating virtual and in-person events, and strengthening operational workflows to help programs meet goals and expand their reach. She also serves on UT Staff Council and the Ad Hoc Committee on Bylaws and Standard Operating Procedures, where she contributes a thoughtful, solutions-oriented perspective.
