Curricular Development and Implementation Associate, Pharmacy Addictions Research & Medicine Program
Sophia Rhoades is a Curricular Development & Implementation Associate with the PhARM Program, where she brings expertise in federal grants, telehealth, and the behavioral health policy landscape. She holds a Master of Science in Health and the Public Interest from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
In her role, Sophia supports Texas Opioid Training Initiative (TXOTI) projects, contributing to the development and implementation of continuing education courses in collaboration with PhARM leadership. Her background in grant development has also supported proposal writing efforts that advance PhARM’s mission to address systemic barriers and inequities in access to evidence-based substance use disorder treatment.
