As part of a state-wide educational effort, the Texas Targeted Opioid Response has provided the 2021 Hospital Practice Seminar funding from the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services (SAMHSA) to develop programming that will address the opioid crisis. The goal of this educational opportunity is to prepare hospital-based clinicians to care more effectively for patients impacted by this crisis.
