Make a Lasting Impact: Sponsor a White Coat
for the Class of 2029

This August, the College of Pharmacy will welcome more than 120 students into the Class of 2029 at the annual White Coat Ceremony, a symbolic event that marks the beginning of their journey to becoming leading pharmacists and health care providers. You can help make this milestone even more memorable by sponsoring a student's first white coat.

Sponsoring a white coat is a meaningful way for Texas Pharmacy alumni and friends to connect with incoming students—and future Longhorn alumni. A generous gift of $50 or more will provide one or more white coats for these aspiring professionals.

As a sponsor, you'll also have the opportunity to include a personal note of congratulations and encouragement in the pocket of a student's white coat, a message they'll carry with them as they begin their professional journey. Student sponsorships will be randomly assigned.

To Sponsor a White Coat:

  • Make your gift online. Each sponsorship is $50 and covers the cost of one white coat. If you choose, you may sponsor more than one white coat:
    - Sponsor 1 white coat for $50
    - Sponsor 2 white coats for $100
    - Sponsor 5 white coats for $250
    - Sponsor 10 white coats for $500
  • Sponsors will receive a follow-up email in July with a link to the White Coat Note Form .
  • Deadline to sponsor a white coat: Friday, July 11, 2025.
