With the College of Pharmacy’s Division of Pharmacology & Toxicology, the CMCT co-hosts the Environmental and Molecular Mechanisms Of Health And Disease (EMMHD) seminar. Every semester, the seminar features prominent guest speakers from around the nation, presenting current research topics from a wide variety of perspectives within the fields of pharmacology, toxicology, neurology, molecular biology, chemical biology, medicinal chemistry, and more. EMMHD is also listed as a graduate level course in the UT course schedule (PGS 195S).
The CMCT also co-hosts the Cancer Research Seminar with the Dell Medical School Livestrong Cancer Institutes (LCI). The seminar is featured monthly, usually on the last Tuesday of the month.
