Baylor Scott & White Health, in conjunction with the University of Texas at Austin College of Pharmacy, offers this two-year fellowship to prepare talented individuals with a strong interest in pursuing a career in Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR) for positions in areas including managed care, the pharmaceutical industry, consulting and academia.

The Health Outcomes Division at the University of Texas at Austin is one of the preeminent educational institutions for pharmacy in the nation. The college houses the Texas Center for Health Outcomes Research and Education (TxCORE), comprised of faculty and researchers with skills in health outcomes research, pharmacoeconomics, epidemiology, public health, patient health behavior, and clinical practice, and who conduct a variety of outcomes research studies each year.
